Once integrated with a hospital’s PACS database, BRIGHTER can serve as a DICOM image viewing tool. The solution’s architecture allows dedicated algorithms to be run.

The viewer is the core of the solution and enables running AI algorithms for image analysis.
AI algorithm designed for advanced analysis and evaluation of calcified plaque in coronary arteries. Based on a cardiac CT scan without a contrast dye (CT angiography without contrast), the tool identifies and performs analysis of atherosclerotic plaque. The algorithm supports physicians in quick and accurate assessment of coronary artery calcifications, facilitating accurate therapeutic decisions.
It automates the analysis of the coronary artery condition, reducing the need for manual work by radiologists and eliminating the need for manual segmentation of calcifications. It streamlines and optimizes the process. Upon completion of the certification process, the solution will be fully compliant with current medical standards, offering diagnostic centers a solution that meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Result visualization in a dedicated Calcium Score view. The results are presented in the form of color visualization (visualization layer on the DICOM image) and numerical visualization (in the form of a score table) offering quick understanding of the distribution and size of calcified plaque
• Coronary Age score in relation to Agatston Score and reference base
• Vascular tree division (four branches)
