BRIGHTER is a modular solution supported by artificial intelligence. This means that the ecosystem, whose central element is the radiological platform (advanced image viewer in the DICOM standard), can be supplemented with further AI algorithms supporting the radiologist in the process of advanced analysis and description of examinations.

Thanks to the flexible system architecture, it is possible to dynamically add additional modules tailored to various diagnostic applications. Initially, algorithms are focused on cardiology and oncology, but ultimately, they can be applied to any other area of radiology.

Image analysis algorithms can be custom-implemented – depending on the needs of the organization and the doctors working there. We can also develop a dedicated algorithm tailored to the customer’s needs – in a “research only” version or medically certified.

CALCIUM SCORE ALGORITHM - (CS GATED)

A fully developed, advanced tool designed for the precise analysis and assessment of calcification in the coronary arteries.
Based on non-contrast computed tomography (CT) of the heart, it automatically and accurately determines the degree of coronary artery calcification (CAC).

CHEST CT ALGORITHM ("RESEARCH ONLY")

The “research only” algorithm may be used exclusively for scientific purposes. It was developed to support the diagnosis of heart disease and enables estimation of the Calcium Score based on non-gated, non-contrast chest CT scans not originally intended for this type of analysis.

The BRIGHTER system with the Calcium Score (CS) module is a modern tool for precise, visual and quantitative assessment of coronary artery calcification (CAC) based on non-contrast heart CT.

The certification process is currently underway. With its certification, the solution will meet the requirements of medical facilities and imaging specialists, guaranteeing a high level of safety and clinical quality. The Calcium Score algorithm supports the diagnosis of heart diseases, allowing doctors to quickly and accurately assess the degree of coronary artery calcification, which translates into more accurate therapeutic decisions.

The BRIGHTER system with the Chest CT module allows the estimation of Calcium Score (CS) also from chest examinations that were not originally intended for this purpose.

This allows the physician to analyze the degree of coronary artery calcification (CAC) in the context of standard Chest CT examinations, expanding their diagnostic value.

The algorithm implemented in the BRIGHTER system estimates the Calcium Score also on non-CS chest examinations.
